Greetings from the forest!!
It is hard to believe, but our Share-a-month has come to an end, and the Christmas program is just around the corner.
We love to spend the entire month of November in Thanksgiving. The first Sunday was our Share-a-Melody Sunday. We sang the congregation's favorite songs, and had an instrumental special that consisted of two hammered dulcimers, two guitar players, and a bass player. We also had a ladies duet. The Lord told us to speak to ourselves in Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in our hearts to the Lord. The next week was Share-a-Missionary Sunday. We had the Murray family from North Carolina come and present their burden to go to Bolivia. They were with us for all services. Brother Robert Murray shared a power point presentation during Sunday School, and he preached in the evening service. There are millions of people in that small area that need the Lord. We thank the Lord for all who go to the world to tell the greatest news on the planet - The Gospel of Jesus Christ.Read More

What a joy it is when we walk with the Lord in the light of His Word, and find ourselves listening intently as He walks with me and He talks with me, and He tells me I am His own. The Christian life is a life that trusts and obeys for there's no other way, to be happy in Jesus.
As we walk through this day may our goal be to walk just a closer walk with Thee. Grant it Jesus is my plea. We need daily walking close to Thee, let it be, dear Lord, let it be. After all we are trying to walk in the steps of the Saviour….Stepping in the light.Read More
